Sangya Plus is an Extended Warranty available for purchase on select Sangya products. It is a 1 year extension on the warranty period, inclusive of repairs and replacements.
What products are covered under the Sangya Plus Extended Warranty?
Sangya Plus is now available on the Sangya 10 Pro, Sangya 11, Sangya 1, Sangya 21, Sangya 360 & Sangya SCKS
When does the Extended Warranty begin and how long does it last?
The Extended Warranty under Sangya Plus commences at the expiry of the 3 month or 1 year Manufacturing Warranty available on your purchased Sangya product. Sangya Plus offers a 1 year long extended warranty.
Coverage and Claims
What does the Extended Warranty cover?
Sangya Plus covers malfunctions or defects in Covered Products, resulting in their failure to function as intended. It does not cover any damage resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorized modification, or any other external factors not related to product malfunction.
What is not covered under Sangya Plus?
Sangya Plus does not cover:
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
- Damage caused by acts of nature such as floods, fires, or earthquakes.
- Damage resulting from improper installation, handling, or maintenance.
- Any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the Covered Product.
- Multiple claims during the Warranty Period. Sangya undertakes to service one claim per product, per Warranty so purchased subsequent to which, the said Warranty shall stand expired.
How do I file a claim if my product has an issue?

What documents or proof do I need to provide when making a warranty claim?
To claim your Extended Warranty, please provide proof of purchase of your product and of Sangya Plus to our customer agents and they will guide you on the next steps.
What happens if my product is discontinued or unavailable for replacement?
If the exact model purchased is not available for replacement, Sangya’s customer support team will provide you a suitable replacement or issue a gift card as per our Sangya Plus policy. Please contact the customer team by email via support@sangyaproject.com or Whatsapp us at 7221878878.
Can I make multiple claims under the same warranty?
No, a single purchase of Sangya Plus is only applicable on one claim for a single product.
Repair and Replacement
Will Sangya repair my product, or will I receive a replacement?
Sangya will repair the product to the best of its abilities. If a repair is not possible then a replacement will be offered when you make a claim under Sangya Plus.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
